Kidsplash! is our ministry to elementary kids. Our purpose is to assist parents in the discipling of their school-aged children by providing resources for home life, Sunday programming and special events designed to move kids along in their spiritual journey.
During the summer months, Kidsplash! provides a series of adventures called “Thumpin’ Thursdays.” The adventures are for students entering the FIRST through FIFTH grades. We take local trips with the kids to help the kids develop friendships with each other. This year our adventures include:
June 30, 2011 – CARS 2 at Cinemark 18, Lunch @ Friendswood Park
July 28, 2011 – Houston Zoo
Any student has to wear the official Thumpin’ Thursday t-shirt on the trip. The t-shirts are $10 each and can be purchased at a Sunday gathering or the day of the adventure. In addition to the t-shirts, each student has to have a signed medical release form on file before leaving for their first adventure. You can TT 11 Med Release, and either bring it to a gathering or email the completed form back to us.
